THE BUYER: RIGHTS AND DUTIES
The buyer has the right to choose the goods he wants to purchase from the seller’s website. The buyer has the duty to pay the full price of the goods through the seller’s payment system Within a period of 30 working days after the purchase of the goods the buyer has the right to receive the goods on the address specify at the moment of the purchase.
The delivery cost will be paid by the buyer if the total of the purchase is below seventy five English Sterlings (75 Pounds). Otherwise, the delivery cost of a purchase above seventy five English Sterlings (75 Pounds), will be cover by the seller.
THE SELLER: RIGHTS AND DUTIES
The seller has the right to receive the payment in well order before placing any good(s) out for delivery.
The seller has the duty to deliver to the buyer’s address the product purchased within 30 working days after the goods have been purchased.
2. REFUND POLICY
If the buyer is not satisfied with the goods, they should communicate to the seller by a written form: identifying the customer, the goods, the price, and giving details why the goods are not satisfying the expectations of the consumer.
The written form should be sent to the buyer in less than 5 working days after the delivery of the goods has been executed. and the goods should be returned in 30 working days after the delivery of the goods has been executed.
In case of reasonable reason, the total price will be refunded to the buyer’s account in 10 working days after the reception of the goods returned to the Seller’s address specified in the reply letter of the buyer’s letter for the return of the goods.
Hereby both parties confirm has been properly informed and take responsibility to perform their duties accordingly. In case of disagreement on the application of the present Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations.
